Hi, I'm Carrie, a Sydney-based product design leader who does her best work inside complexity.

I design cohesive product experiences while building the systems, teams and decision frameworks that support alignment and momentum. I'm equally comfortable at the executive table or deep in design tools, and I bring that same range to how I work with AI and emerging technology: practically, deliberately, and in service of better product thinking.

I have nearly two decades of experience building and scaling digital products across the US, Europe, and APAC, including work with Block (Afterpay, Cash App), Google, Nike, Qantas, American Express, Commonwealth Bank, Eli Lilly, ClassPass, Cochlear, ustwo, and Google Ventures–backed startups.
